I designed a 3-page bilingual FAQ guide to help over 1,300 child care providers navigate a $27 million state-funded program through Arizona’s Quality First Incentive Expansion. Working with a copywriter, I created a visually guided PDF with step-by-step instructions, clear visuals, and dual-language support to simplify ordering and reduce errors. The guide enabled 1,420 programs to submit orders before the deadline, resulting in 1,706 shipments of new furniture and materials—ensuring timely, effective use of funds and supporting early learning programs serving infants through preschoolers statewide.
